An electric short-stroke cylinder with 50 mm stroke in different force and speed classes.
Short linear positioning operations are frequently required in automated production systems. Conventional pneumatics generate high energy costs, require compressed air infrastructure and extensive maintenance. MovingCap pushTRACK solves these problems completely: ISO 15552 flange dimensions enable a direct plug & play replacement in existing installations.
MovingCap pushTRACK represents an end-to-end optimised mechatronic system consisting of electrical drive technology, mechanics, and integrated sensors and control electronics. The telescopic arrangement allows the push rod to be nested without sacrificing motor performance and power. This results in a very favourable ratio of stroke to overall length.
